Yes, the toothbrush handle is made of biodegradable Moso bamboo, but the bristles are NOT. You should remove the nylon bristles with pliers and put them in the garbage before composting the handles.
It depends on buyer’s location. We ship from various warehouses around the US & Canada. We also offer free shipping worldwide.
We offer international shipping and accept all credit cards.
Processing for orders can take 1-2 business days. Then US and Canada shipping takes 2-5 days and international shipping usually takes anywhere from 8-15 days. More shipping information, please check the link below.

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated, check out our returns page.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.
